Deposit is non refundable after sketch work begins
Design process is 1 - 3week after initial discussion

Custom designs confirmed and put into work are not eligible for any refund.

Ready to wear is eligible for returns up to 7 days from when shipment is received. Made to order/preorder styles are eligible for returns up to 7 days from shipment is received for store credit. All items with the show of wear and tagged removed can not be accepted back for refund. Custom Design orders are not eligible for refunds, only store credit minus product costs occurred.
